By the end of the 6-week program, riders will have:

Week 1: Assessment and Goal-Setting
- Rider assessment to identify areas of improvement
- Goal-setting session to establish rider’s goals for the program
- Introduction to exercises that will help improve riding skills
Week 2: Building a Strong Foundation
- Focus on building a strong seat and core
- Exercises to improve balance and stability
- Work on developing proper hand position and contact with the reins
Week 3: Balance and Coordination
- Developing balance and coordination in the saddle
- Introduction to exercises to improve balance and coordination
- Learning how to apply these skills to improve riding performance
Week 4: Develop Forward Energy
- Understanding the concepts of forward with rhythm
- Learning how to apply these concepts to improve riding performance
- Introduction to exercises to help develop stength and impulsion
Week 5: Refining Riding Techniques
- Refining riding techniques and applying them to improve riding performance
- Introduction to advanced exercises to improve riding skills
- Focusing on refining transitions and other technical riding skills
Week 6: Competition Preparation
- Preparing for competition with a focus on performance improvement
- Understanding what judges are looking for in competitions
- Practicing competition-level exercises and receiving feedback from the coach
