With a properly designed program you can successfully and with confidence start and continue jumping and even enter a competition. This is a sample program. Your program will be tailored for you and your horse.
Week 1: Assessment and Goal-Setting

Week 5: Fine-Tuning Jumping Skills
- Fine-tuning jumping skills to improve effectiveness and precision
- Focusing on refining jumping techniques and rider position

Week 6: Applying Jumping Techniques in Competition
- Practicing jumping techniques in competition-like settings
- Developing a personalized plan for ongoing practice and skill improvement
