Week 1: Strong Horse and Rider Foundation

  • Rider assessment to identify areas of improvement
  • Exercises to improve balance and suppleness
  • Building a strong seat and core

Week 2: Building Suppleness and Technique

  • Exercises for Suppleness and Strength
  • Improve balance and coordination
  • Learning how to apply these skills to improve riding performance

Week 3: Training and Conditioning

  • Understanding the concepts of training and conditioning
  • Learning how to apply these concepts to improve riding performance
  • Develop strength and impulsion

Week 4: Refining Riding Techniques

  • Refining riding techniques and applying them to improve riding performance
  • Introduction to advanced exercises to improve riding skills
  • Focusing on refining transitions and other technical riding skills
  • Understanding what judges are looking for in competitions
  • Practicing competition-level exercises and receiving feedback
