This 4 session program will take you from feeling axious and filled with self doubt to feeling inspired and capable of anything.

    Get targeted feed back and specific exercises to pin-point what areas you need to strengthen. No more going around in circles and listening to the same “broken record” (I realize now, most people won’t know what that is anymore) without any improvement.
    This program provides riders with a personalized review of their riding position and offers targeted exercises to improve their riding effectiveness and overall horsemanship.

    Week 1: Assessment and Goal Setting

    • Introduction to online equestrian program and equipment needed
    • Review rider’s video and still pictures
    • Identify areas for improvement and set goals for the program
    • Introduce exercises to improve rider’s position and balance.

    Week 2: Review and Update

    • Focus on developing a strong foundation in the basic gaits: walk, trot, and canter
    • Introduce online exercises to improve the rider’s control and precision in the gaits
    • Work on developing a secure and balanced position for the rider, both on the flat and over small jumps
    • Introduce exercises to improve rider’s ability to ride forward and maintain a consistent pace

    Week 3: Developing Jumping Skills

    • Review rider’s video and still pictures of jumping
    • Introduce online exercises to improve rider’s jumping technique
    • Work on developing proper position and technique over small jumps
    • Introduce online grid work and courses to improve timing and rhythm

    Week 4: Develop In Depth Riding Skills

    • Introduce more advanced flatwork exercises, such as lateral movements
    • Work on developing the rider’s ability to ride more advanced courses, including combinations and related distances
    • Introduce exercises to improve the rider’s ability to ride more complex lines and patterns
