Updating my Training
You can tell a professional by how much time they spend updating and training to improve their skills. They know what they don’t know.
And
They continue to develop.

It’s “you think you know” or “you don’t know that you don’t know”,
then “you think you don’t know” but you really do know,
then there’s “you know you don’t know” or, that there is a plethora of information out there for you to discover.
That’s where I am now. I know that I am scraping the surface of the equestrian world. This time last year I was training in Portugal. I had some lessons at a lovely farm in Portugal.
And more recently got my FEI Steward Status.
And now became a working equitation judge. That’s a lot of accomplishments in the last year. Along with the regular horsey related stuff. You know horse show judging, horse show stewarding and helping out at other horse related activities.
Training is a continual process. It is preparing. It takes time.
There are steps along the way that must be achieved in order to get to the next step, and the next step, to reach the desired goal. Just like training a horse. Each step must be achieved before heading to the next rung of the ladder.
